夜中のLSD･･･

天気：晴れ
距離：辰巳の森海浜公園外周 9周＋往復（約22km）
時間：02:04:41（5:33、5:51、5:39、5:15、5:34、5:23、5:24(給水)、5:19、5:23、5:19、5:18、5:19、5:19、5:20、5:29(給水)、5:11、5:15、5:16、5:23、5:33、11:25(歩き)、4:58）
気温：19.0度（推定）

夜中のLSD･･･
今は走っているから理解できるけど、以前であれば相当怪しいフレーズだ。
昨夜は飲み過ぎ&大会エントリー忘れ、と最悪で午後も落ち込んでいたが、
22時頃このままではいかん！と考えを一掃し走りに行く。

先週も日曜は体調がすぐれずお休み、とサボっていたので、今日はスピードではなく
時間に挑戦してみることに。

最初のペースをとにかく維持。
前日ビールを飲み過ぎたためか2kmを越えたあたりで既に汗が滴り落ち始める。
帽子効果は何処へ？
7km手前で給水。
その後も順調。ペースを少し上げて5:20/kmに設定。
一旦止まっていた汗がまた大量に出始める･･･。
15km手前で本日2度目の給水。
ついつい沢山飲んでしまう。

この辺りからシャツ全体が汗でビッショリ。
夜なので乾きは見込めない。
寒気は殆ど感じないのだが、疲労がたまる。
20kmと思って時計を見ると18km･･･。
ここで体の力が一気に抜ける。
19-20kmはヘトヘト。
その後の1kmは耐え切れず歩き。
最後の1km走ってみたものの、完全にスタミナ切れ。
汗のせいか？練習不足のせいか？それとも？

大きな課題を残すLSDとなりました。
ま、これならハーフ2時間は行けそうだなぁ･･･。少し安心。
