Ozakism: 出発まで3週間！

天気：晴れ
距離：辰巳の森海浜公園外周 3周＋往復（約10km）
時間：00:49:18（4:37、5:29、4:47、4:43、4:45、5:13、4:04、5:15、5:32、4:47）
気温：13.0度（推定）

気付けば残り3週間。
全くトレーニングは進んでいない･･･

1)筋肉、2)持久力、3)肺活量、の3つが大事だけど、1)だけで準備は精一杯かな？
加えて、ここ数日で急に冬らしくなって来てので、サボるいい訳にはもってこい。
果たして本当に完走できるのか？

今日は午前中、人間ドックで血を抜かれるは、バリウム飲まされるは、で気分は最悪。
早めに仕事を切り上げ、久々のトレーニングとなりました。

外は寒いので、長ズボンに長袖Tシャツ＋ウインドブレーカー。
これだけ着ると暑いかな？と思っていたが大正解！
袖をまくる必要は殆どなかった。

膝の筋力をつけることを意識して10km走るのが本日の目標。
5分/kmペース位なら何とか走れそうだ。
途中、5-6kmで軽く休み6-7kmで全力疾走してどこまで我慢できるか試してみる。
4分/kmと悪くないが、その後足が上がらなくなりペースダウン。
まだまだ筋力が足りない。

出発までに後何km走れるのか？
100kmが限界か･･･
ヤバイ！
